COSMOS portable gas detectors are equipped with precision sensor/s manufactured by New Cosmos Electric. These sensors are designed to detect gas leaks with the shortest response time and the gas detectors display the gas concentration detected with high accuracy and accompanied by visual and audible alarms to alert the user.
COSMOS range of fixed gas detector transmitters generally are single-body gas detectors that incorporate the gas sensor, gas reading display and signal outputs. Such transmitters are suited for direct connection to the user’s central monitoring systems such as PLCs, BMS, DCS or SCADA systems.
Some transmitters come with an in-built auto-sampling pump (models PD-12, PS-7) that can draw gas samples continuously from remote locations. We also offer explosion-proof certified gas detectors transmitters (models KD-12, PD-12) designed for installation in hazardous environments.
The KS-7 series fixed gas detector transmitters for either Oxygen (O2), Carbon Monoxide (CO) or Carbon Dioxide (CO2) monitoring are economical and suited for indoor environments with human occupancy such as laboratories, offices, parking garages, control rooms etc. These wall-mounted detectors can also be powered by common-use batteries thereby reducing the cost of installation.
